Skincare by Meme provides professional skincare services by licensed estheticians in accordance with New York State regulations. Services are offered by appointment only and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason consistent with state and federal laws.

2. Booking and Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance through our online platform. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee, which will be disclosed during the booking process. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future services.

3. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or upon completion. We accept major credit cards and any third-party payment platforms listed on our site. Prices are subject to change without notice but will be clearly stated before you confirm your booking.

4. Refunds and Returns
All skincare services are non-refundable once rendered. Due to hygiene and safety standards, all product sales are final unless defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.

5. Results Disclaimer
Skincare results vary based on individual skin conditions and adherence to aftercare. We do not guarantee specific results. Clients are responsible for following home care instructions and informing us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to treatment.

6. Client Conduct
We promote a safe, respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or abuse toward our staff will result in immediate termination of services and possible reporting to authorities.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, branding, and design—is the intellectual property of Skincare by Meme and may not be used or reproduced without written permission
